Microsoft & Google To Serve Ads: DoubleClick Being Courted

This hot new area is of serving advertisements even when the company is selling them. According to a Wall Street Journal report, the New York based company has engaged Morgan Stanley for finding a buyer and exploring stock market listing options too. The company was bought by private-equity firm Hellman & Friedman in 2005 for $1.1 billion and is now quoted at $2 billion.
